A ground breaking project for people employees and voluteers of the emergency service's experiancing the effects of P.T.S.D

These informal and very relaxed sessions are designed to allow it's participants to connect with each other, share experiances if they feel able to do so, all within a natural environment while undertaking a physical activty with proven benifits for emotional, psychological, physical and social health.

All particpants must agree to data being recorded and used as evidence via questionaire before and after sessions online by Dr Nicole Hudson (clinical psychologist)
